It IS!!
I used to have sleep apnea, i've woken myself up many a time snoring. When you wake yourself up snoring, its actually you waking yourself up trying to breathe, so take it seriously!!
I had surgery, I no longer have the sleep apnea any more!

No but I woke up from my dad's loud snoring, my mom's loud snoring, and now my boyfriend's loud bear like snoring. Too many loud snorers in my life.

Yes, and drooling wakes me up too. My dad has sleep apnea. Not a good thing. Better to be safe than sorry since it lead to my dad's heart problems. Good luck!!
