A traditional English breakfast is a fry-up. Bacon, Eggs,Sausage, Beans, Toast etc. but this is not advisable to eat every day so usually we just have it on a Sunday as a treat. Most days we just have cereal or toast if we can be bothered! Usually I don't eat breakfast at all

It varies a lot now and can be as simple as toast and coffee or tea. But a full English breakfast as generally know consists of fried egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, baked beans and fried bread followed by toast and marmalade and a pot of tea. Not very many go for that lot these days though.

Everyone I know, who does have a full English breakfast, only do so on a Sunday, or special occasion. Mostly its cereal and toast. I don't know anyone who has muffins. Loads of people skip breakfast altogether. For me, its fruit and Greek yoghurt, and a cup of tea.

Traditionally, 'full English breakfast' is cereal or porridge, a mixed grill (sausages, egg, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread), toast and marmalade, tea.
For me, it's a cup of black coffee....
