interesting enough their are several ways one of which is getting this software called
PC Inspector File Recovery, they claim it can recover anything
this has been mention on several sites while search for this questions.

You can recover you deleted files using Recover My Files, even if you have emptied the recycle bin.

Simply put NO~ there's no way to recover it for a home user,
forensic computing is way outta reality * not to mention price for a chance of recovering a few deleted files........ say bye to them have a eulogy whatever and next time be certain bef you Del a file........ sorry
