there r sum shopkeepers who sell their products above mrp set by the company . i want to know where to nd how to complain abt these shopkeepers plz if u know lemme know

~ It depends on the COUNTRY

~ In the USA, we have the ability to mark UP products as HIGH as the market will accept it... 50%... 500%... 5000%... What ever the people will pay, we can and many DO charge.

~ In the Philippines, the culture frowns on anyone who charges a different price for their products than their neighbors... why? So that you can buy a mango at the local Sari Sari store for the same price you can purchase it at the wet market or bigger store.
People can not afford to travel across town to save five centavos on a mango... and this custom helps everyone keep the cost of goods at a standard price.

go to ur local consumer forum with the original copy of the bill and u can sue the shopkeeper under MRP act.
u must have the original bill and a proof of MRP of the product.

you can file complaint with consumer forum and concerned statye government for selling goods above MRP. http://www.delhilaw.firm.in
