When the device is plugged in it wont light up,and is not displayed as a drive in my computer section.
I have checked in device manager and it says the device is working ok,and it has in the past.
In tweak it however it shows E drive with a ? mark over it.
I am running win xp.with all up dates this is the second time this has happened. Tweak it fixed it last time by hightlighting the drive, and when i restared it appeard. Alas not this time.can anyone give me a step by set fix.

I have since deleted the usb drive in systems and reinstalled,it worked ok last night But again my system wont recognize it on start up What could cause this conflict.?

your memory stick is fried get a new one. I ran into that myself and other people.
Another way to tell that your memory stick is fried that it gets very hot.
