I do have instincts but i always tried to ignore it. Then, I always ended up regreting why I didn't follow my instinct.

well this is a pretty good question that need critical thinking
but first ask yourself why do i have to follow my instinct
why no?

ha-ha i left you in mystery
anyway i don't trust my instinct most of the time i just stay calm and cool

Not very much.

Sometimes we understand something, and can explain it, this is full understanding. Sometimes we understand a bit of it, but not well enough to explain it, even to ourselves. This partial understanding is what could be called instinct. I think it can be trusted, but not too much. You have to realize that incomplete understanding could be flawed, and therefore dangerous to trust. True, it could be that you instinctively feel something and you're right, but it could also be that you're missing a critical fact that could lead to disastrous effects.

In my opinion, nothing beats cold, hard, logic.

i am a big believer in instinct and to tell you the truth it saved me so many times always go by but you truly feel

why? do you think there's no such thing?
it is our instinct helps us foresee, make wise decisions and make good relatons with others.
Why would someone not believe in instinct?
