No - Sexual assault is a violent crime of power and control. Sexual assault is used by one person or a group of people to get power and control over another person - usually a woman or a child. This use of power and control over women and children is accepted and tolerated and reinforces the existing power imbalances in our society. Until there is equality and respect for women and children, this violence will continue.

Honestly no because people who rape are sick to begin with. They get off on it all being forced. It might be successful in making the HIV/AIDS epidemic worse.
