What are some options one has to attempt to over power someone at work? My boss will not talk to me, but just send emails to me and cc everyone else to prove that he told me something. I'll do it, but when he gives feedback, it goes out in a mass email. I'll return the email and reply to all, and explain what i've done. it's a like an email war. Can you say that you don't like your boss. I know your not suppose to say that at work, but what about internally. I want to like everyone as much as possible, but this guy just keeps sending out these gay emails , i.e. As per my request, you didn't do ... by this time, and I am really dissappointed ...". I'll verbally update him, but no one believes me. I have to send every peice of communication via email or no one will believe me. It's just freaking weird.

For a Boss to admit they are wrong is very unlikely - Now If your over a group why would you have to explain yourself to them - If they believe you or not -- That needs to change and you need to be more in control and remember your in charge -- Making friends is fine but you need to separate it -- And if your not over a group go to his office and talk to him -- He is harassing you either way - If you could start looking for something else I'd do that before you quit -- You do not deserve that at all
