Bow shock being the buffer after the heliopause. I am looking to see if all solar systems bump up against each other, sort of like the way bubbles from a bubble machine bounce around; sometimes there is a lot of space between them sometimes they bounce off each other and sometimes they collide catastrophically.

The bow shock of our universe does not extend beyond the universe to affect another one. I may be wrong but I don't think it goes much beyond the Kupitor belt.

Actually its about 4 light years to the Alpha Centori system.
