Go to his supervisor. He cannot legally threaten you in that manner and use his job to do you harm or otherwise harass you. If you feel threatened by him, a judge can take action and get a restraining order placed on him.

In Aussie and NZ there is a thing called 'Deed Poll'. Here you can register your change of name - it’s quite legal to go by any name you choose, as long as your intention is not to defraud anyone. You don’t have to apply to any authority to change your name. However, many organisations (banks, for example) require proof of identity, so if you change your name you’ll need official evidence of the change - basically it is like a new birth cert.
In extreme circumstances such as; if you are a victim of crime etc, police will be able to help you out with this.
You usually do this at a court house where birth/death and marriage cert's are issued.
You can call yourself anything you want, first name's and surname etc can be changed . . . .
Hope this helps.

Before considering other advices, pray first.
Seek guidance from your parents, and trusted friends.
You don't have to change your identity, because it's you who hould have control over your total self and personality instead of others.
I suggest you seek for counseling to nuns and priests or any religious organizations. They provide free counselling and they might help you deal with your desperate problem.
They will whole heartedly listen to your personal problem, instead of you deciding for your own problem, better to take good advices from good people.
Go get a phone and call / browse over a newspaper watch tv look for a religious orgnization providing this kind of servoce.
God bless.
