I am such a show newbie, I will answer as I understand but PLEASE do not take my answer as the bible :) (good to see ya, by the way) Angulation is the shoulders balanced with the rear. An overangluated dog generally has too much reach, and too much drive which makes the gait more cumbersome. I think :)
