Why is this happening? You can't tell me that they all have bad relationships, are lonely or suffer from a bi-polar disorder. It's seems that those are the reasons they give for why they did it.
I think these women read about Mary Kay and Vili and figure that it's OK?

Underage males are attracted to older women when these women are nice, sexy, educated, feminine. It is not strange. As it is not strange when underage girls have affair with their male teachers. It is solely a matter of attraction.
I would not say "teacher get caught with students"
I would not say either "students get caught with teachers.."
They both choose so.

Frankly its not an increase. Their has been a decrease in these kinds of reports since the nation got into these sex offender craze. The issue is that woman rapes boy makes a better news story then guy rapes girl and so it runs over and over on the news.
I think that female staff are just as aware of their position over their students and that the allure is the same for both sexes. Both men and women are just as aware that its a crime to have sex with a student. Some teachers are just willing to take the risk. Gender really doesn't enter into it.

Two females is hardly much of an increase, and school
teachers are not infallible.
I guess these women are thrill seekers, just the same as their male counterparts.
When I was at school, the female teachers looked rather matronly with severe hairstyles, maybe the education departments should go back to recruiting that particular type again. An underage youth would not be attracted to someone who didn't look appealing. It wouldn't look good in front of their peers.

I credit movies and TV for this turnabout. Younger guys are presented as studs and the lady channels like Lifetime have a lot of movies about going for the young guys. Women think that young boys are easily stimulated (true) and that they are fulfillling (if you only want 2 minutes of sex!!) and they act upon what they imagine. I guess if you worked with a young guy and made him more patient with his sexual performance it might be great. Wouldn't work on me though. I could never think a young guy would prefer me to the short-skirts and cheerleaders in High School and I'd feel like it was some kind of incest. UGH!!!
