hey man, if you like to edit a PDF file, you need Acrobat Professional, but if like to create a PDF file, you can use FlashPaper (Adobe product: add "Save as PDF" future to Microsoft Office Family), or Open Office (a free Office like product by Sun Microsystems that support Microsoft Office document and can save your file in PDF format)

The only way to do that would be if the makers of the PDF made it so you could (you'd know if you could), or if you had the Professional version of Adobe Acrobat.

You mean to create a PDF file?
you can do that by buying Adobe Acrobat, you can find it at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/

however, you can create a text file by any other text editor, and covert it to a PDF file, for free, you can find it at http://www.primopdf.com/
