I have thought long and hard about that and I still can"t make up my mind. He is from Texas and they tend too think in terms of revenge.

Saddam actually put out a contract on Papa Bush to kill him when he was visiting Kuwait after Iraq war #1. That's what helped push GWB to go all the way the second time and capture Saddam. Putting a likeness of his face on the floor is no big deal.

Surely not! That is really funny; I saw a picture of it, and the picture had a caption (in English, no less!): "Bush is criminal"!
Nobody who's cut their wisdom teeth would go to war over that; they would just have a good laugh.

Well, he is from Texas so the question does deserve merit. I would say maybe that and, "Well, he (Saddam) tried to kill my daddy!!. Got to be some pre-adolescent complex or something.
