Here are the studies : A guy playes with himself 5 times a week (average). A girl playes with herself 3 times a week(average).
Sweetie, EVERYONE does it in secret, but pretends to be " THE HOLLY ONE & that he/she never does it .
I personally do it once a day, at least & i have a girlfriend. Many times she asks me to do it so she could watch cuz it turns her on by looking at me. Many times we do it both watching each other.

no it's not bad, you wont go blind, you wont grow hair on your palms etc..
it just means you know how to pleasure yourself the way you want it done. Go forward, pleasure away, and sleep happy.
better then keeping those feelings all bottled up inside..
