Please,Please HELP myspace question......very short?

I erased my layout to get a new one and now my freinds space on my profile is gone...I want it back ive tryed new layouts and it still want show up...how can i restore my friends space.....this sux.........................

What do you mean your friends space? Like your top 8 or whatever???

basically erase everything in each box like evert section delet it save and start over.
