i have 3 terripins, they are all the same age (7 months) one is massive (but he is a different spicies) one of the other two is the right size for his age (4in) but the other one is verry small still only 2in long he also has a hole in his mouth it just lookes like his mouth is open but its not. i took him to the vets and he said he has never seen anything like it and its amazing his alive. he can eat and the other ones dont attack him and he is very livley and happy.
does anyone know whats wrong with him?

yes its like a cleft lip, he never had it when i got him but he did have a little lump on his chin. i should take a picture of him. where could i post the pic?

it sounds like a genitic defect i have seen some red ears if you need to you can use tir sulfaor em to treat the wound if you think it's getting infected fou can find those in the fish medication isle.

Is it like a cleft lip or palate??
Thats a good one I got look into that. LOL
There is a cat in our town that had a cleft palate
she was operated on and is great now (a little funny looking in her beautiful way) but doing super.
She was a mess when she was born though.
