i jus want to increase the RAM size by adding 1gb instead of 128mb ...I want to konw tht my motherboard is compatible for my requirements...I can't find the Manual Online & with me... so please suggest me...........

Make sure this is the stick you get! Your slots are good for 1 gig.

Manual says 2G max...If you want a GIG, why not replace the 128 with a 512? DDR200/266 (333 conditional) -- use the same speed you have!

Appears it should handle up to 2 gigs of DDR 266
