I have read the Holy Quaran and I understand your confusion. Most Americans and westerners understand the difference between moderate and radicals. we have radical Jews and Christians as well. Radical Christians and Jews have yet to strap on bombs and walk into crowds of women and children. We have many Islamic friends. Turkey is an ally Pakistan is as well and Muslims are in the US Army and many Muslims live in peace in America. The problem is fear and Misunderstanding as well as the need for Moderate Islamic to make the Voices given by Allah to shout down the Radicals. It was not the German people at fault in WW2 but the Nazi regime at fault. The Germans that did not rise up and stop them wound up suffering for the crimes of others. I too pray to My Gods for the protection of innocents. I see them everyday here in Iraq. Good people I may die to protect.

Unfortunately, all religions have extremists that pick and choose parts of their religious books to justify violent actions. Islam is no exception. I don't think every Muslim is like that just a few. Christianity even has its extremists (KKK, the Crusaders of the Crusades comes to mind) but when you say that all Muslims hate Osama, that is not true. Many Muslims view Osama as their George Washington. Osama is even becoming a very popular name in places like Pakistan.

Because, I doubt too many here read it. I think the problem is that it has to be translated, and some people take a very sinister translation of the Qur'an.
