yeah. sure. give it a shower. take it to the bath. you can even soap it up if you want. of course you can give your PC a shower.
now, i guess the more appropriate question would be, "would you still be able to use your computer after the shower?"
and to that my friend, my answer would be no. Why? because by this time, you would've soaked all of the sensitive hardware, drives, ic chips and everything else that do not exactly work wet.

sure it would be even better if u can give shower to ur PC while u r having shower! u both can enjoy very much!

yeh u can give the shower to ur computer but it is somehow difficult. put it in your car go to some nearby Swimming pool make ur computer to swim in it. this is the best way u can clean ur computer. and u can go for drive with it also so it is two in one drive and swiming.
