How should i choice the jewelry? design?quailty?or other?

it all depends on why you are buying this piece of jewelry? if you dont want to wear this piece of jewelry for long time, you should buy something inexpensive and reflecting current trend in fashion jewelry. You may go for some semi-precious gemstone jewelry with lessor karat of golds.
If you are going to wear that for some time, go for some simple designs with antique touch and with precious gemstone. And obviously go for some higher karat of golds.
Then again it comes, for the occasion you are going to wear. If its of frequent usage, buy something of simple desings. If for rare usages, buy something gorgeous.
among quality and design, you should think of the quality and then go for design. there are some jewelry terms that you need to be afluent of before you go and buy some jewelry. For example, Karat, Carat, Clarity (for gemstones) etc.

look at what the dress looks like find the same clors or a color that really accents the dress if it has rhinestones or diamonds dont get pearls
