How to handle those critics?

why only roses have thorns and not other flowers, just ignore criticism, after hearing so much a stage comes when you would decide i would do my way (that which satisfies me) also may be you have been to liberal and soft and doing everything easily the way others expect you to do that is why you are facing so much problem, start putting conditions and demand others to help you wherever you find too much pressure and don't give things easy way this will help you to get little comfortable and you will be able to balance in a better way. By asking others to help you out you are only going to make them realise your importance.

Well, its not easy to balance your personal and office life. Normally we lose out on family as well as friends becz of our office. It shouldnt happen but what to do.. thats the way it goes becz at the end of the day we need to survive. Just dont pay attention to critics and if u do.. then take out the good points of those statements they make.. and leave the worse part away.. and talk to someone more and more.. anyone from ur family or friend who can give u some time and listen to what u have to say. you should have such people in your life to say things when there is no one to trust or speak to.. one friend is a must at that time. real good one

There is no answer as to balancing office and family. No matter what you do, there will always be someone criticising you. There is no perfect solution to criticism except to accept it.

Well Every one has a work life balance. What u can do is just focous on ur work & don't listen to criticism's just avoid them as if u have not heard them. ok Just give ur time to work & concentrate on that as much as u can & dont involve in any argument or anything taht can create a criticism & u can also have friends that work & r like u that will also help u a lot.GOOD LUCK. tc. bye...

My office, criticising me??? I don't think so. I never argue with inanimate objects.
