I would make the Palestianian takes over Israel and put the Isarelis in camps in Europe and the USA. This way they can see the pain the Palestinians are going through.

Well, I've already thought of giving all the wonderful technological conveniences we enjoy to our ancestors, but then I realized that they might not be up to it in terms of maturity. That is because we could introduce better healthcare, improved infrastructure, and the like to them but they could still twist and abuse it to build their own Atom bomb. I mean, they still have free will, right? So, though it's really very wonderful to dream what it would be like right now if we gave our ancestors HD TV and sports cars we must also consider the flipside.
The only thing I think we can and should impart is a better sense of community and equality. After all, the acient Egyptians, Greeks, and their contemporaries weren't exactly completely devoid of any knowledge. They pioneered geometry, philosophy, art, and the like so I think we should teach them how to make better use of their knowledge and discoveries so that they wouldn't exploit or abuse minorities. So that ancient empires didn't go out enriching themselves at the expense of smaller communities.
The world could be a much better place had they shared their knowledge with less advance communities. There probably wouldn't be poverty (or it would be less severe) had they not drafted policies that favor only them. In the end, had our ancestors just been more considerate of each other we'd be living in a much better place.

I would prevent the Rothschild family gain that amount of economic and political power since 1750's. They have managed to direct the course of history up to day and to stay behind curtain. They financed all warring parties from the American Revolution, to Napoleon and Britain, WWI, Bolshevik Revolution and are still in command of world affairs via the Council on Foreign Relations. They are Satanists and the greatest enemy of mankind ever. Caution humans: Satan rules this world!!!!

I would have had the Byzantine Emperor Justinian give Belisarius more resources in his campaigns. This would have enabled him to reunite the Roman Empire, and possibly repeat Alexander's campaign through Asia, again uniting a chunk of the civilized world under one banner and allowing the spread of knowledge and trade.

Well, Little Red Riding hood is real right? I remember them teaching it to us in our history class. I also remember writing about it in my Baccalaureate official examinations back in 1997. Anyways, I wish it were a little bit different though.
I would have to modify the character of the girl to another who is 25, has a luscious tattoo of her name on her back. On her way to meet her grandma, she slays dragons & enjoys skinning dinosaurs. She carries a big sword with her and dresses like Xena (the ultimate princess warrior) - drenched in leather all over.
On her way to her grandma, she also meets her prince charming who is a bit shy. Here is were the unedited version of my story kicks in.
As for the end of the story, go figure out....
History classes used to be so fun. We learned a lot! Excuse me if I bragged my knowledge. But what can I do? I know I am a fountain.
I gave you a twinkling star.
Smutty.

I think that if I could change anything I would prevent the Library of Alexandria from being destroyed and lost. If nothing else having a continuous written record going back that far might give us some better perspective about many things. At best we might have some great discovery due to lost knowledge.

I'd go back to the beginning, tell early humans what we know now (minus the dangerous stuff). That means we would be living in a much more futuristic world right now. I would try to teach them pacifism, too...

Your question is really fantastic. But I want to change the custom of studying HISTORY as a subject. We have history upto tenth standard. I want the custom to be like reading their advantages, strength, weakness, and other great qualities.

I would certainly change the result of war between Iranians and Arabs in year 642 A.D which led to domination of Arabs in Iran and deterioration of many Iranian books and missing old Iranian customs.
