you dont know the reason why he is angry.
when you send him a message he does not reply.
when you call him on the phone, he cuts the line.
he seems to be very angry, but you have no idea why.

He wants attention , more more attention - like a baby that need attention from his mother .

Give him some space for a little while. And in the meantime, reach out to other friends and family for your own emotional well being. Something may be going on in your friend's life right now that he does not want you to find out about. He may very well have his own issues that are overriding any friendship he has with you right now.
But once again, think of yourself in all of this and associate more with other people -- protect your own sense of "self."

I would call him through someone and make him meet me somewhere... I will ask him what wrong i have done to him...
If he is not ready to meet anyway I will leave him to himself to take his own time to come back... He may need sometime to come back due to some reason... But keep on Messaging... Keep on calling.... one or the other day I will get back him....
Its my belief.... I have to do the duty a friend has to do... I will do that... I wil get back him.....

If your friend is angry with you just write a letter to him/her (write it yourself, don't send email or an SMS). Try to tell him that you are in an extreme need of his friendship.If he's your good friend, he'd surely understand the situation. Tell him that you'd like to know the reason of his anger with you. I'm sure he would respond your aspirations,

well my friend is a guy we use to date we broke up three times he is black and i am white he alway tells me that he needs more time to be single he hardly answers the phone i have to ring it off the hook then he answers with an adittude i have to make him come he me with a guilt trip he make me cry and say he dont know how to make me happy and he know i want him back he still kisses me and i say i love him but he cant say it back he said it makes him unconfortabl but he can kiss me with no problem i just dont get him please help me

try to meet him somewhere and ask him what you did wrong.
if hes a good friend he will give you another chance.
if he dosnt reply to your messages ask one of a friend whos your friend and his friend to ask him why he isnt talking to you.
all the best and remember make new friends but keep the old. never loose a good friend bcoz theyre very precious.

Catch hold of your friend and ask him directly and clarify the doubt. If he still avoids you you can visit him at home and even after that if he misbehaves, then please ignore him too as he is not your true friend.
