Mark Twain wrote a sketch about this very subject called "A Literary Nightmare". The only way to get a song out of ones head is to put it into anothers. I suggest going to the grocery store and singing the song while walking through the produce aisle. Not only will you get the song out of your head, but, you also get the satisfaction of realeaseing it on to a poor, unsuspecting, bystander. Have Fun!!!

If you want a psychiatric answer for that, the best way to get a song out of your head is to sing it over and over until you just get sick of the song. If you can't handle the the embarrassment of repetitively singing that song in your head, you could just listen to favorite band and try to get one of their songs stuck in your head. The human brain can only get one song "stuck" in it at a time.

Personally, I've got songs stuck in my head all the time. Usually, I just sing em till I get bored of em then they're out of my head, but that's just me XD

I always have to listen to it, fully through, and take it in before I can hope to expel it. Usually it works for me. Sometimes I'll wake up with a song that was in my dreams. And all day it'll be stuck in my head. Once I hear it though, it goes away...

Just think of it positively. It could be a lot worse. "Fall On Me" is a damn good song. It could be "Ice Ice Baby."

It will eventually leave your head, or you'll go insane and have to be institutionalized.
