Badminton is the bessssssssssst but requires constant rapid practices... I started at 16 and am already one of the best in my University's badminton team. You can contact me and I will help you to the best of my ability. I luv badminton and want you to reach your dreams too because I know how awesome of a sport badminton is. Good luck hon and it's never too late to start such a great sport. You just have to make sure you practice for atleast two hours every day (NO weekend breaks) and you'll be very good at it in 3 months. Do not play with those who are as good as you are or not as good as you are. play with those who are MUCH MUCH better than you. You'll lose but that's how you'll improve in badminton. Good luck and I really want to hear from your improvements in a very close future
