Well, you apparently liked the job enough to apply for it. And they liked you well enough to offer you more than you were thinking. If you like the place that you'd be moving and think the job is good, Jump on it and run.

As for proceedure... I assume they sent you a letter with the offer? Be cool and call them on the phone to say that it sounds good to you and you'd be happy to accept. You should then follow that up with a letter of acceptance.

You should ask a few questions like what date you will start and what they need to process you into their business and for payroll so that everything is smoothe. Is this a contract position or ore you an "at will" employee, or is their a probationary period. They probably outlined benefits pretty well in the package, so you might ask to clarify exactly what duties you'd have and things likt how many hours a week you will be required to work... basically ask about anything that you might be required to do that is not specified in their offer.

Have fun!

given my experiences with life and the way things work I would have to say you should take it. If you don't like it you can always search for another job in the mean time. Trust me when I say Jobs are not easy to come by. Thank GOD you went to college. It seems to be no jobs out here for those who didn't.
You on the other hand got a higher job offer than expected and a moving bonus! Take it! Enjoy it and be the best you can be!
Good luck.

If depends on the materials covered in the offer and the general practices of that organization. Inquire about job security since you will be displaced (perhaps a contract). Just read into the offer, see what is over-looked, and ask ANY questions which you may have prior to acceptance.

Take it!!!! But double check any wording about paying back the moving bonus if your position doesn't work out with the company. No sense in not being well informed.

Yeah thats how it works, go to college, graduate, get a job, and don't move back in with Mom and Dad.
