make a list, writing down all the people who have hurt you in the past and what they did. get EVERYTHING out on that paper. then, when you've poured out all that hate on the page...rip it up, burn it and flush it down the toilet. then, any time you feel that anger and bitterness coming back up, go to that toilet and say "it's gone away. there's nothing left to hate." don't forget that. let it go, babe. Get rid of the anger by concentrating on something that you are interested in. Join a club, play a sport. Meet different people, and listen to what they have to say. Be positive in all aspects of your life. You are a wonderful human being - believe that. Tell yourself that 100 times a day. Come out of yourself and stop thinking about you all the time. Other people also have these complexes, you are not the only one.

I used to run. It's a natural high and last for many hours. You feel really good- healthy too. A dog to love and hug. Self-help books. Reading the bible, church (they have free counseling),eating hot peppers...talking to someone who has the means to help you. I'm sorry you're so angry...you really should give a good church a chance. You'd make lots of friends who truly care...Talk to a Dr. you trust too. Life passes quickly and you are wasting your best years!!!! God Bless You!!!!

Some people like "bitter." I always joke that I like my women like I like my coffee, strong and bitter. It sounds to me like you feel bitter because you have a chip on your shoulder. It is hard to appreciate individuals if you think you are better than them. Meeting new people is hard, though. Relax. Say "hi" to people. Smile. People will approach you more if you smile.

i don't know you so i can't really say why your angry or bitter, but if you have a problem talking to people then why don't you take baby steps first, talk to people online, it's a lot easier than in person.
If your feeling really angry take a minute to breath and think of something nice.

Chances are you are not angry at them personally. You are angry with yourself and you need to look yourself in the mirror and ask
"What did I do that I hate myself so much for?" Then tell yourself what it was and forgive yourself because everybody makes mistakes and you will love what you see when you let yourself be human and forgiven.

You need to see a therapist to find out why you are so bitter. There has to be something in you past to make you so resentful. Find out what it is.
