The sexiest seen I have ever seen in a movie was during Beetlejuice when my girlfriend at the time chose to do other things besides watch the movie.

The best sex scene in a movie was in Out of Sight with George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez. I know people think ugh those two? Yes! Steven Soderbergh directed it (he did sex lies and videotape among others) and it is the most beautiful sex scene I have ever seen. I remember watching it thinking my goodness this is well done.

I'm not sure why, but Kevin Costner and Susan Sarandon in the movie "Bull Durham" did it for me. It got my body twirling so to speak back when it came out.
Sorry, I just re-read your question and now I know what you mean by the first "seen" in your question. I didn't understand what you meant.
There were many scenes in Bull Durham that "did it" for me, but one that stands out is where Susan had Tim Robbins tied up in bed, messing with him. Even though she messed around a whole lot in the movie with Tim, it was Kevin Costner who got to me in a "hot" way, if you know what I mean. Ha!
