there should be a sticker at the side of drivers door telling you your tyre pressure

200psi and fill with orange dye, that way when some little b@stard stabs your tyre you just tell the cops that whoever it was will be really easy to find as they are a funny colour with a really surprised look on their face (as the tyre will explode when the stab it at that pressure and send all the dye all over them)

Read the sticker on the van - in my Mégane the sticker is on the rear edge of the front passenger door (only visible when the door is open).

They usually run at 30 psi depending on the load you are taking. But u could always look at the owners manual.

go to quick fit they will check your tyre pressure and tell you what it should be different pressures for different loads that's what I do they are great
