I have seen small girls in their early teens in US carry the expressions and body language of being confused, under fear, feeling unsafe and heavily stressed. It is felt that there should be well defined measures to prolong their childhood a bit more. It is the moral duty of the society to overhaul the social fabric of the civic life of their people in order to avoid transformation of little girls into early adulthood… far before they were expected. It appears that once the fathers and the daughters pledge together to protect the chastity of the daughters, the psyche of the little girls would definitely improve a lot. A report from Washington further says that the fathers use to offer purity rings and chastity bracelets to their daughters on this occasion…

Harsh ,sometimes it depends on the culture , & the teen girls r not dump , i m a teen & according to me every teen girl understand & the knows thier limits ! so nothing is to done with ’PURITY BALLS’ as you have mentioned its just a trend!

We can ask the Tooth Fairy to deliver these to the little girls so their Dad doesn't have to protect their chastity through a Republican government program.

I think encouraging girls to wait to have sex is a good idea. I don't think it's about "purity", though. Give me a break! I'm more concerned about the health and well being of the girls.
