Why is "bullfighting" a unique sub-category in Yahoo's "Society & Cultures" category?

Why not [rooster] fighting? It just seems quite random and that it might be better categorized under, say, "Spanish culture & sports".

Because bullfighting is more popular than rooster fighting :-)
