Bernie Taupin - he was the main songwriter with Elton John for the early part of his career and I am pretty sure he never made an album.

You can find tons more in the country music genre as it is more common to write songs but not record in Nashville.

Beethoven. I came to the conclusion because no "albums" were made then. Plus he was deaf so he couldn't hear them if he wanted to.

i feel it could be "from beneath the cork tree" through fall out boy. it isn't as worse as "night time out together with your female friend" (first album) or as unexperienced/unprofessional as "take this on your grave (second) and as "specific" as "infinity on top." most of the time the classics of fall out boy had been there, and that i could not ever get worn out of listening to their FUCT album.
