With great effort you framed your question. This is one way to get answer and your hard working nature will give satisfacgtion every moment and your every effort is encouraging you to move all ways where the result is fruitful and all cannot be silverspooned like Tendulkar, cricketer, Kishore Kumar, singer and Bachan, actor. They have not born on oneday. Thier constant and continuous effort only brought great fame and they becae 'Lucky fellows' after attaining the names on their fields. The same way for every luck, behind the screen efforts are always there. When a result is there after sincere efforts, you do get satisfaction and be happy because that happiness is longstanding. So whether 10% or 100% happiness is self effort and self pursuit of the work and get the result. There is a saying 'For every action there is opposite and equal reaction'. Even the Karma theory is based on this. The life experienced by every individual is experienced by many in this world. However, unless self experience is there, you cannot explain to others. Hope the difficulty is not there any whare. Our heart is alway happy and all ways make us happy where there is sincere hard work exists by us.

Happiness is within u . U dont have to depend on the environment to give u happiness come what may u have be undisturbed. And it has been proven scientifically that when u r happy there is a release of happy hormones. And when depressed sad hormones. Spend a little time with urself and introspect (ask urself) what makes u unhappy and why? Try to overcome those difficulties one at a time.
Good Luck

Hello. I'll try to answer this for you, if I can. As for me, what makes me happy is photography! When I get to head out somewhere and take a couple cameras and my other equipment and get set up... I'm in my zone and love it. I'll zoom in on some lovely flower(s) or zoom in on something that catches my eye, and after getting the focus-lock I press the shutter all the way and presto... I've just got a new picture coming. I used to say it was my hobby, my creative muse... but now I'm trying to change my thinking to: my passion, my creative muse. Happiness at best is fleeting, but joy is more constant and does not change. Joy is found when one's heart is right with God and man.. and that takes finding right standing with God via salvation and continuing the relationship with Him. Then is when it will last and continue on. Take care.

Living in the present moment will keep our hearts happy all the time. The sadnessare when we always try to live in the past or worry about the future. Therefore just being in this moment keeps us happy (in any case Happiness is something that has to be lived now, not in the past nor in the future).
Another thing to note, Happiness never can be given by anyone outside yourself. It has to originate from within. Even the so called stimulants (like seeing my children, hugging my girlfriend, a nice peck on the cheek from my wife) etc can be a trigger - but Happiness has to be from within. (this is to say that the same triggers, in different circumstances can make you angry). Therefore it is within you, you are the source of your own happiness and joy :-) Be Happy

I don't feel that happiness is one of the emotions that we feel all the time, I have heard so many people say that they are constantly happy and I just don't see how that is possible.
No I am not a miserable person, I am very content with my life, with happy moments in there. My children make me happy, but it isn't a constant feeling. My love for my children is constant.
What mother can tell me they are happy with their children all the time, if they are then the children are perfect and make no mistakes and I have yet to see that in my life.
People often confuse content and peace with happiness.

You have made the right note, when you said by working hard only you get satisfaction. Hard work will bring the object of your toil. It is the only antidote against hunger; sustains the honour; and ensures everlasting satisfaction. Unfortunately, the world is now steeped in false faith on luck, least interested in sweating it out.

Learn to live in the now....be gratefull for all of your blessings
Fill your heart with unconditional love and you will receive it in return from the universe
How to do this.....
I learned to meditate to slow my thinking down and hear my still inner voice. I use Raja Yoga. There are 100's of centers around the world. The classes are free.
All the best!

Happiness is just a decision you can make each day. In the morning, make a decision.' Today whatever happens, I'm going to not let it affect my happiness' and stick to that decision. We don't have control over the events that happen in our lives, but definitely it is in our hands how we react to them.

Do not worry. But know that worrying is as effective as solving algebra by chewing bubble gum.
Seek happiness with no worries of the past or future.
