I Spit on Your Grave
From IMDb:
"The film follows Jennifer, a writer who is working on a new novel and needs to get out of the city to finish it. She hires a riverside apartment in upstate New York to finish her novel, attracting the attention of a number of rowdy male locals. They catch Jenifer one day and strip her naked for the village idiot (Matthew) and rape her. Jennifer is later attacked and raped a further two times by the four degenerates, and her novel is also destroyed. But Jennifer slowly recovers and in her now-twisted, psychotic mind, she then begins to seek revenge on the four men who raped her. "

I think any rape scene is disturbing. It always makes me cry a little for the victim. I know that sounds stupid since it's only a movie - but so much reality is mixed with it.

It think the worst rape scene I ever watched was in "Feast of all Saints". This girl is tired of being bothered by a bunch of guys so she tells her maid that she wants a spell or potion to make it go away. The maid takes her to an old voodoo woman and they drug her. She is fully conscious but can't move and a bunch of men rape her one after the other. I had to fast forward through it. I can't stand rape scenes. I think there is too much of it out there in the real world. We don't need it in our movies. They are supposed to be for entertainment but it just makes me mad.

The worst movie with a rape scene would have to be "Galaxy of Terror," in which a female character is raped and killed by a giant worm.

The Last House on the Left (1972)
Deliverance (1972)
Both are pretty distrubing.

I've never seen it but I have heard The Accused starring Jodi Foster and Kelly McGillis is pretty bad.
