Is the program on my pc Windows Media Center free to use?Since it allows for us to watch TV and listen to audio, I was wondering if it is free to use.

I use mine all the time and yes it is free. It only gives you a few samples of video and audio. Anything you want to watch or hear, you have to download yourself and add it into your windows media center. I say windows media center is a glorified version of windows media player.

Some things are not free such as some of the radio stations and the online stores. I'm not quite sure about TV yet. I'll have to check that out.
