Dior Gucci etc do not have outlet malls a ssuch, you may find last years' collection for sale (but nothing comparable to the wonderful sales in the US) at department stores but sales start in July I think.
Check the stores on avenue Montaigne (bottom of the Champs Elysees they may have something going on but very unusual

Go to Galeries Lafayette of course. And shop around Rue Rivoli and Place Vendome, beside the great Champs-Elysees. Check also Faubourg St. Honoré.
