I have a problem gaining weight. Im not anorexic or anything like that. I just think healthy foods tastes better. I dont like salty foods or foods that are too sweet but its not healthy to be as skinny as I am. Is there a quick solution like some kind of candy bar I could eat every day to gain weight.

Ok, at first I was going to say just eat mcdonalds for a week or untill you gain the weight, but then I read the details... I used to be really overwieght, and I lost nearly 50 pounds, and I gained like ten back, but you know what I realized was going on? I was still eating all the healthy food, but I was eating more of it. The ( I can't spell this right lol ) Yopliat light, smart ones dinners, healthy choice meals were the things that I ate, so my suggestion is to just eat ALOT of the healthy foods...

Why are you trying to gain weight? Is it because everyone around you is fat and jealous? Do you get accused of having an eating disorder just because you don't stuff your face like a fat pig?

Talk to your doctor, chances are you are at a healthy weight. You may have a smaller than average frame and a BMI might say you are 'underweight', but you might be healthy especailly if you are a teenager!! You'll gain weight in your 20s when puberty really ends. It's the time when everyone gains weight.

It's very rare that someone with no underlying medical conditions needs to put on weight.

I'm only answering this one because I remember what Arnold Schwartzeneggar (Mr. Universe 1975) said about gaining weight. Eat everything.

I had this problem of being too thin and had to do something about it. Harvey Diamond said in Fit For Life that weight loss could be achieved by not combining proteins and carbs. So I combined them and got my weight up.

well you wouldn't want to gain weight with a candy bar, I suggest just drinking a nice smoothie but use regular milk and plenty of fruits, you can gain weight the healty way, eat more complex carbohidrates, like grains such as rice and beans, also eating a good baked potato with all the trimings makes a hell of a weight gainer on anyone, hope it helps

I'm telling it what I have tried,do take 2 bananas with a glass of milk and have one boiled egg every morning this surly helps to gain weight.

Im sure theyre are weight gainer bars, but i know of powder supplements loaded with calories that have worked for people i know

every morning take a banana with a glass of milk....it will surely help ya to gain your weight....try it....
