im sri lankan but im not happy to see india out of the world cup since we are like brothers...but im not happy seeing fans destroying players' houses....thats just disgraceful....i felt happiness when sri lanka won but as soon as i saw rahul dravids stunned face...i felt so sad for him...i really like dravid...im pretty sad india lost...but i guess this is sport and this is ODI cricket and anything can happen in a given day...SL had alot of luck and alot of close LBW calls going against india...these things happen so lets not get carried away by killing ppl and destroying ppls properties....i guess SL wanted to beat india after being beaten 6-1 and 2-1 by india recently...dravid did his best to hold an end up but no one supported him...none of his attacking batters contributed apart from sehwag...so dravid should not be blamed for this....this is a collective team failure...even though SL won its tough to see india go out like this...its tough to take!!!

I feel giving you a hug ! indian fans think they own these cricketers & grudge them cos they are making huge money from endorsements.
You have given a v level headed perspective. Could be cos your team won. But thnx all the same :)

unfortunately,cricket is not just a game in India,is much more then a game,yes we are tough on our team,not because they lost, but because how they lost, they lose when we need to win the most, they loose when expectations among fans are high, they loose and shatter our dreams,none of the players raise up to the expectations, had they lost in semifinal and final after giving a tough fight , we would have accepted it, but no, they loose so disappointingly,anyway thanks for ur good concern and may srilanka do well at least and keep the sub continent pride alive.

ur right mate,but what 2 do thats just part of the game!!
im srilankan 2 & i like 2 see our boyz carry the cup but i am also dissappointed 2 see india out of the wc.(pak too!!!)
esp with guys like sachin,dravid & ganguly they should have put up a better fight but like i said its cricket-THE most unpredictable game in world in my opinion.and on fans going beserk and destroy stuff i think its really stupid and disgraceful 2 .

should keep sports as sports..i m indian..but i still like our team and standing with them..
dravid tendulkar gangully and other great playres should be respected, should not treat them like SH**.. after loosing a game..
if anybody thinks he can do better..go practise and get selected in team.. dont wash others clothes and get upset when others lose a game they play..
