hearing or sight?

That is a hard choice and both are so important. I am sitting here trying to decide as I would want to continue to hear my grandchildren's laughter and the honesty in what they have to say about life in general but I would miss seeing their beautiful smiles and faces and I would also miss the beauty of nature.
I guess of the two, I will pick sight. I could still learn sign language.
Great question. One responder said they had seen this same question many times previously but I honestly haven't and I enjoyed having to think about the answer. Thanks!

That is hard to answer. But I would say sight because sometimes we choose not to hear anything we want to be in a quite place. But I don't choose darkness over light except when sleeping and I can sleep with the light on. Not being able to see for me would be the worst.

Sight... At least you are still able to move around and look at thing but not hearing anything, which sometimes is good, not to hear any thing at all!!

I would say sight. Don't tell one of my little cousins that. He has been legally blind since he was born. He can do some amazing things. He was in elementary school and was already doing some high school level work like Algebra in 6th grade. I have even seen him play video games by sound alone.

Hearing because without sight you can imagine things like people. without hearing you just see lips move and that is it. but you can learn to read lips....... i dont know tough question
