the answer is there is no penalty, like India. that is some legal sentence is there. but you can be off the trouble with money.

LoL, am a bangladeshi myself. There are no penalties there for drug use. If the police bugs you while you doing drugs (outside), then just give them a small tip and they will mind their own business. Just dont get caught carrying a lot of weed or cocaine or yaba, you can still get out overnight, but will require a bit more money!
