What the heck are you talking about? Didn't you watch the show ? Ol Oscar had the hook up in that can he lived Garbage fab. He could fit elephants in that place. If any thing Oscar was a grouch to keep people off the fact he lived so good down there. Heck Oscar was sittin on the most property on Sesame street.

No- he was a grouch because he liked living in a garbage can- very few people bothered him. At least that was the way he liked it to be.
