I am trying to remember in what film did one of the actors use shrimp like finger puppets daning to "Stop in the name of love" This has been driving me nuts for a week now, please help.

"Good morning Vietnam" Robin Williams was in the bar talking to the brother of the girl he liked and the brother was trying to get him out of the bar before it blew up.He had the shrimp on his fingers dancing and talking.
