Eminem filed a motion attempting to prevent ex-wife Kim Mathers from making, "derogatory, disparingly, inflamatory, and otherwise negative comments". Apperently according to Marshal Mathers aka "Eminem" this trash talking is affecting their daughter. In my opinion I don't think he should be pointing fingers since he made albums trashing his wife, cheated, and is not perfect either. Although they both need to grow up I can just imagine what he put her through. What do you think?

That is true he did say things about her in songs, but his daughter did not hear those songs. Kim is going on TV shows and radio shows running her mouth about him and now their daughter is old enough to know what is going on. I think personally this split custody will change and it will go back to him having full custody especially now that she is causing all these problems. I do not however fully believe her version of what went on, nor do I think his version is completely true either. I agree they both need to grow up, in my opinion her more so than him. The only person I feel sorry for through all this is their daughter.

dont feel bad for that trash. no one else does.
as far as you making it news on here still no one cares or ever has about eminem or anyone but themselves so quit acting like you need to know everything about it.

I like eminem, but they were together for a long time, I think he hurt her. He didn't have respect for her after all that time.

If you ask me the both of them have alot of growing up to do, they let all the fame and money go to their heads. And forgot who they really were and what they needed to do.
