One of two things. THere is a quota on Certain products that China can import here. China sometimes ship to another country to hide the nation of origin. THe other thing is that companies feel they need to diversify their manufacturing, in case there is a trade war with China and CHinese labor is kind of getting expensive. Most of the third world is payed a dollar a day. Brunei maybe a rich country, but like so many rich country, the citizens remain poor. What kind of product is it. Most of these product I've seen from brunei are shirts.

Your question should have been where does fine quality products come from?
