Well, I wasn't able to find it used together, but
Kale is Hawaiian meaning "strong and manly"
Drina is Spanish and comes from the name Alexandra meaning "helper and defender of mankind"

Drina is also a pet form of Adriana
Hope this helps, is this name for a boy or girl? I also saw a name that is pretty Kakalina.

Well it's apparently in a quote from something related to Monty Python (which are terrible movies btw) and a Dresden Dolls song which seems according to the lyrics to be about an abused and broken talking doll who has a string that you pull that makes her talk.

Not exactly something you want to name your kid. Please for the sake of her, name her something else.

well, here in India (some part of Tamil Nadu satate) it means a foul word (mother F*****)
dont to this to the poor soul. there are thousand of other good names think about them and forget about this name which is not a proper word at all.

Does it matter? Please name your kid soemthing normal. It sounds cute for a baby but it's going to be an adult some day trying to find a job and that's going to hurt her chances.

I have no idea. It's not listed on www.babynames.com, and I've never heard it before, so I don't know.

I think it means "will work a crappy minimum-wage job because my parents were to vain-trendy to give me a proper name"
