Suggestion of garden venue places in cebu city for my baby's first bday? Like Maria Luisa phase 9, what else

I want a sheer meadow place as a venue for his first bday no pool coz kids get polarized w/ pools. Like a big hacienda where kids could run as far as they want and a great panoramic view?

There are lots of good beach resort in that area but i sugest blue waters, it's a very good place. i've been there before, just to see the place. We can't afford to have a bathe that time coz it's too expensive. Shangri-la hotel also had a good place in Cebu.
If you have the money to spend and enjoy the place, go to blue waters..
