I like it, but I'd add another strong card, 5-6 star most likely, like Armed dragon lv5 or luster dragon 2, and change the two forbidden cards,snatch steal and royal decree with othe traps, Blast with chain or draining shield. But other than that, it looks good.

This deck is weak.
THis deck is messy.
This deck is all over the place.
Start over and make a new deck.

its one of the weakest decks ive ever seen.
scale of 1 to 10 gotta be a 3.
take out the level ups, and the card destruction and add a pinapple cannon, monster reborn and a scapegoat and it would be so much better on the spot.
