Chervil is a member of the parsley family and can be grown inside as well as out side. You could plant in flower pot with well drained type soil, keep watered and after up for few days liquid fertilizer can be added to the water repeat every 2 to 3 weeks. If planted outside make sure soil drains well. I have grown parsley and cilantro as I only like fresh I plant small amounts each week for several weeks, replant everytime all is used in pot. I have cut and put on screens to dry, frozen it but as fresh taste so much better eaisier to grow new than dry or freeze just like the fresh about 4 inch flower pots work well in winter.
