Recently our family was listening to the radio while cleaning the house... and they were playing some good old songs.. well at least to me.. and before I knew it I was doing some of my old dances...from back in the day (early 90's)... just getting down to MC hammer's "hammer time"... I was doing my moves, you know; the running man, the roger rabbit... and of course the mc hammer dance....all the while my nearly 13 year old son is just cracking up... laughing so hard he had to sit down... when I was done, as he wiped the tears of joy from his eyes he said "man, ,that was great. thanks for the laugh mom"
I was just remined of this "great laugh" I gave him today, as he got the video camera out to ask me to do it again.... I had to pass.

my kids are in their 30's now it's much easier to crack my 83 yr old father up...he likes when I put on a heavy latino accent or tell him the story of the night I put my wife on the roadside at 12:30 AM in a dark rural area...only to have a policeman pull me over 6 miles down the road and offer a choice either take her home or go to jail..told him if she wouldn't swear to shut up to go ahead and put the cuffs on I'd rather go to jail..dad loves that story..oh yes that's not exactly how I tell it to him though..I tell him a much more detailed and accurate story...

no i don't have kids i am 14 and don't want any kids for at least 5 more years(would be fine with 10 years)

You're a cool mum... I always make them laugh by clowning with them, chasing them down the hal with a monsterous voice, and of course, tickle!! they love it!!
